Before Salah
Make Wudu
Make sure you are clean and have done wudu.
Stand on the Prayer Mat
Stand nicely on your prayer mat.
Face the Qiblah
Turn towards the Qiblah.
Be Ready
Stand quietly and get ready to pray.
Step-by-Step Salah
1. Stand Up
Stand nicely.
2. Raise Your Hands
Say: Allahu Akbar
3. Hands on Chest
Place your hands on your chest and stand still.
4. Read a Little
Read Surah Al-Fatihah
If the child does not know it yet, they can listen or repeat.
5. Bow Down (Ruku)
Bow and place hands on knees.
Say: Subhana Rabbiyal Adheem
6. Stand Up Again
Stand straight.
7. Go for Sujood
Place:
- Forehead on the ground
- Hands on the ground
- Knees on the ground
- Toes on the ground
Say: Subhana Rabbiyal A‘la
8. Sit Up
Sit for a moment.
9. Sujood Again
Go down again.
Say: Subhana Rabbiyal A‘la
