Story

There was a Prophet named Yusuf.

Yusuf was patient.

That means he stayed steady. He did not give up. He remained calm and trusted Allah.

A little girl was listening to this story. She asked, “Was Yusuf patient even when things were hard?”

Her mother said, “Yes. Yusuf was patient.”

The girl thought about waiting her turn, waiting for help, and waiting calmly when something did not happen right away.

She liked knowing that patience is a beautiful thing.

That afternoon, while waiting for a snack, she folded her hands and stood calmly.

Then she whispered, “Yusuf was patient.”

Her mother smiled. “Yes. And patience is beautiful.”
