After his mother passed away, Muhammad ﷺ was cared for by his grandfather.
His grandfather’s name was Abdul Muttalib.
Abdul Muttalib loved Muhammad ﷺ very much.
He cared for him.
He protected him.
He made him feel safe.
Muhammad ﷺ respected his grandfather.
He was gentle with older people.
He listened.
He showed love.
Older people are a blessing from Allah.
They have stories.
They have wisdom.
They have love to give.
We love Prophet Muhammad ﷺ because he respected his elders.
And we want to be like him.
